Rump The True Story Of Rumpelstiltskin
by Shurtleff

Liked the way she fleshed out the story of Rumplestiltskin. Especially the ending when his magic is understood.

Son of the Black Sword

Neat story. A lot of strange names. This one is for hardcore fantasy lovers.

The Boundless
by Kenneth Oppel

A very slow beginning, but the suspense builds to an exciting finish. I appreciate the subtle reference to Oscar Wilde's "The Portrait of Dorian Gray".

Bull Run
by Paul Fleischman

Really good book with great characters. Good descriptions of how history was made. Really liked it.

1 to 20, Animals Aplenty
by Katie Viggers

Highly recommended! Great counting book with rhyming words and animals of course. My 3 year old immediately wanted to read it in his own!

The Glass Universe
by Dava Sobel

I only read the first half of the book. It was interesting in the beginning as to how stars were discovered, catalogued for color and brightness and were observatories were placed in the world. By the middle, it became very repetitious and there did not seem to be anything new to learn.

My Little Pony The Princess Collection
by G.m. Berrow

Friendship really is magic.
